Legal and regulatory solutions to cryptocurrency funds and ICOs

Cummings Law, Portman Compliance and Lawson Connor invite you to a seminar to discuss the legal and regulatory issues and solutions surrounding setting up cryptocurrency funds and making initial coin offerings (“ICOs”).

The discussion will cover basics of ICOs, cryptocurrencies and FCA regulatory issues such as:

  • whether tokens and cryptocurrencies are regulated by the FCA

  • which parts of ICOs do the FCA regulate

  • how are tokens subscribed for in a fund offering

  • how are tokens converted into a fiat currency

  • advising and arranging solutions

  • funds and managed account options

This event will be led by Claire Cummings of Cummings Law, Nancy King of Portman Compliance and Joe Woodbury of Lawson Connor.
